2023 Track Day Garage Rental

Day of Use Garage Rentals

For single day rentals, garages will be unlocked for move-in 2 hours prior to track going hot and will be closed and locked 2 hours after the track goes cold.

For multi-day events, should you rent a garage for consecutive days, you may leave equipment inside the garage overnight. Each morning the garages will be opened at 7:00am and locked at 10:00pm. Rental is only valid for these time frames.

Garage bays are not pre-assigned, they will be first come-first serve each morning starting with Garage "A - Bay 1". For BIKE DAYS, you are allowed two riders per bay. For CAR DAYS, you are allowed one car per bay.

Each garage bay has a 120v 20amp power source.

You can select numerous track days in one transaction to reserve your space for the season by clicking the "Add Another Event Date" button.

If you do not see your date on the list, please contact Ridge Motorsports Park (360-427-7223). Garages may be on hold for race weekend.

Garage Terms and Conditions

It is your responsibility to clean up your area prior to leaving. If garbage is left behind, you will be charged accordingly for additional clean-up. If you need assistance with clean-up, please notify the day of event organizer for support. At the end of your rental period, your bay must be left undamaged and clean. No alterations, painting, hanging of exterior signs, running extension cords to exterior power sources, lights, decorations, decals, marking or advertising of any kind to the Unit shall be permitted without prior written consent of Ridge Motorsports Park. One tv is located in each bay with operational directions located next to the unit.

Overnight camping inside the garages is not permitted.

Rental garages are intended for vehicles only and may not be rented for classroom space, commercial use, entertainment purposes and any other uses. Overnight camping inside a garage in not permitted. Organizations may not purchase and re-sell garage space without permission from the Ridge Motorsports Park.

If you are not participating in day-of track activities, you may not reserve a garage space without prior Ridge management approval.

Any damage to your garage space must be reported to Ridge Motorsports Parks Day of Operations Supervisor. You are responsible for any damage to your area. You are responsible for all personal items and equipment in your bay. We do not have security in place for garages, or overnight security in place for garages. For multiday events, Ridge Motorsports Park is not responsible for items and equipment left in garage space overnight. Garages will be unlocked at 7:00am and locked at 7:00pm each night.

This rental is for one 25x36 garage bay. Your bay includes power hookups and a TV to download any track data.

Cancellation Policy: All sales are final.

If you reserve a garage bay with a 50% deposit, the remaining 50% will be automatically charged to the card on file approximately 30 days prior to your rental.
